Since its establishment in October 2000, SAWNICS has started as a company that designs, manufactures and sells SAW filters for mobile communication RF components.

With the evolution of mobile communications, 5G smartphones have become more high performanced, and as a result, we have transformed into a company specializing in the foundry of filters for RF front end modules, in which semiconductor chips and RF filters are integrated.

In an environment where filters are required to be smaller, integrated, and have higher performance, we have developed a 6-inch based piezoelectric thin film semiconductor filter, built a mass production system, and are mainly engaged in the foundry business.

We are promoting continuous research and development in common with global semiconductor demand companies. We provide TF-SAW Foundry based on our state of the art foundry technology to large customers in the United States, China, and Taiwan. We will continue to grow as a world class Top tier RF Filter foundry company.
