Two facts are significant for the success of EA: we are a medium-sized company and owner-led. Therefore, the intra-enterprise ways are short and the responsibilities are clearly stated, hierarchical competence skirmish is impossible. Decisions are made fundamentally and efficiently. With this, the customer’s options do not lose sight in the anonymity of big departments. The company EA is straighforward for the customer. Because of this, EA can react fastly to customer’s options, adapt flexibly to new market demands und thus demonstrate proximity to its customers in readiness to deliver and service provisions.
Our production facilities for printed circuit boards allow the production in wired as well as in SMD or mixed placement. With semi-automatic placement boards and cimputer-aided component testers we can test modules and printed circuit boards fastly and efficiently. Manually placed PCBs are soldered in our wave solder facility and automatedly placed SMD board in our reflow solder facility. The entire production line as well as the handling of components, beginning at the byuing department up to the complete module, will be adapted and performed conformly to RoHS (lead-free soldering and non-polluting disposal) from 2006 on.
